Job Summary

The FP&A Lead serves as a strategic finance business partner, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. This role is pivotal in guiding FP&A analysts and providing insights that align with the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Business Partnering Collaborate with department heads to understand operational needs and align financial strategies accordingly. Provide financial guidance on key business decisions and resource allocations. Facilitate regular financial reviews with business units to monitor performance and drive accountability.

Team Management Supervise, guide, and train the team to ensure high-quality work and adherence to service levels and deadlines. Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews, fostering a collaborative team environment and supporting team development. Financial Planning and Analysis Lead budget preparation and rolling forecasts in collaboration with department heads.

Analyze financial trends and variances to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Develop scenario analyses to assess the financial impact of business decisions and market changes. Translate complex financial data into clear, concise narratives for presentation to stakeholders and executive leadership. Design and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize key financial metrics.

Continuously enhance reporting to improve the clarity, accuracy, and accessibility of financial information. Innovation Identify inefficiencies in current practices and lead initiatives to improve accuracy, turnaround time, and automation. Ensure that all projects and processes support the company's initiatives for data centralization and trust.

Other Responsibilities Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive information and files. Address and resolve concerns, issues, and inquiries promptly, and proactively implement measures to prevent recurrence. Maintain proper documentation and organized audit trails for all transactions. Perform other related tasks as assigned.
