Patient Support Lead - OBGYN

The Patient Support Representative Lead is subject matter expert and point of contact for the call center. Conducts training of new employees. Handles escalated issues. Provides guidance and direction to staff concerning processes and procedures. Additionally the Lead will receive incoming phone calls to schedule appointments, resolve patient inquiries, work referrals and process pre-authorizations.

The Lead will be a subject expert and provide support to handle all functions within the call center. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must possess the following skills: Above Average Verbal and Written communication Correspondence/Reports, Analytical, Design, Medical Terminology, MS Word, MS Excel. Prior Supervisory Experience: 1-2 years healthcare or call center.
