They ensure a positive customer experience by: Promptly greeting people when they pull up to Express Performing a vehicle walk-around and asking pertinent questions about their guest's needs Communicating with guests about how long their wait will be, and updating as the process goes along Explaining the services that have been done Advising on recommended service The Express Advisors make sure the guest feels heard, cared for, and informed. A good Express Advisor enjoys customer service, problem-solving, and a fast-past environment. They are good communicators who thrive on being busy.Qualifications: Customer service experience Strong background in service and automotive technology helpful, but not required Proactive Clear communication, good at explanation Work in an environment that frequently experiences extreme hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes. Must be able to work at a rapid pace on their feet for long periods of time
