Stock & Customer Solutions Coordinator

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Stock & Customer Solutions Coordinator to join the team; you will be helping customers get the stock and support they need while identifying opportunities to grow accessory and reusable-product sales. As the central point of contact for customer stock queries across the UK, you’ll takeownership from the first enquiry through to resolution, bringing the right teams together and keeping customers informed.

This varied role combines customer service, problem-solving, stock coordination and sales support, with a focus on preventing recurring issues and following opportunities through to completion.
