Hospice RN Clinical Manager

Good Samaritan Hospice, a mission of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, provides compassionate home care, facility based, and inpatient hospice services to our patients and their families. Our home care coverage area spreads throughout several counties in Western Pennsylvania with inpatient locations in Wexford, Cabot, and Beaver.

The Good Samaritan Hospice team works together to provide relief through pain control and symptom management, while offering emotional, social and spiritual support for the patient and family. Good Samaritan Hospice , an entity of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospice Clinical Manager, RN to lead our field clinicians and inpatient unit in delivering compassionate, high-quality hospice care.

• RN license in Pennsylvania (required)
• Bachelor's in Nursing or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role within hospice or home care
• Strong administrative skills and knowledge of hospice regulations, quality standards, and Medicare guidelines
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and evaluate policies and programs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES of Hospice Clinical Manager, RN :
• Oversee daily patient care operations across hospice services
• Supervise and support field staff and interdisciplinary team members
• Partner with HR and leadership to ensure staffing, retention, and team performance
• Collaborate with QAPI and compliance teams to meet regulatory standards
• Contribute to policy development and quality improvement initiatives
