Inside Sales Team Leader Location: On-site 225 NY-303 #108, Congers, NY 10920 Hours of work: 7:00 am � 4:00 pm Reporting relationship: Sales Director Managing 6-8 Account Manager direct reports Exempt: Yes Salary range:$125,000 - $150,000 Purpose of Role: To manage the Company�s Inside Sales department, including setting and achieving Sales Targets and KPIs.

This is a strategic role that includes motivating and leading the Sales Team and ensuring Sales Reporting is conducted in a timely manner. Core Responsibilities Outline: Responsible for the KPIs of the Inside Sales team, including motivation for the team to hit those targets and adjusting where necessary Targets as shown by the weekly Sales PPT 30 Minute Response Time Phone Answering Speed Work in conjunction with HR on the acquisition and training of new team members Training and onboarding will be your responsibility, HR will be available to assist as a resource Creation of strategic quarterly sprints, designed to move the sales team forward, that will be reviewed in the Leadership Weekly Business Review (WBR) Development and implementation of an effective daily time zone Database management Sales Reporting including the weekly Sales PPT & Monthly Sales Reporting Create strategic plans for the future of the Inside Sales Team when necessary Exhibit Power.
