• Lago Vista , TX, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00Hourly, Job Category: Floral and Design, Floral Operations Specialist- Strike Location: Lago Vista Position Type: Part-Time Job Overview: The Floral Operations Specialist at The Design Haus plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and success of every event. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory standards, executing event strikes and possible event setups, and collaborating closely with the Operations Lead. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where excellence is non-negotiable. Most of the shift will be late nights for strike.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Handling + Quality Assurance: Ensure inventory is organized, maintained, and meets The Design Haus’s quality standards. Implement and monitor quality control procedures for installations and event execution. Organize inventory for efficiency and accessibility. Event Execution (Set-Up / Strike): Safely pack, transport, and set up inventory and designs and remove them after an event.

Recover and organize items after events. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations. Maintain a safe working environment for all staff and oversee the proper handling of flowers and equipment.

Qualifications
