Marketing Operations Specialist

About the Role

Reporting to the Digital Experience Manager and working closely with the Head of Ecommerce & CRM, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting the execution, stability and continuous improvement of our marketing technology ecosystem. You’ll act as the final quality gate before campaigns, journeys and website updates go live — ensuring configuration, integrations, QA and UAT are completed accurately, on time and to agreed standards.

You’ll also serve as the first line of triage for Mar. Tech and integration incidents, protecting campaign performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Mar. Tech & Integration Support Support day-to-day operation of the Mar. Tech stack (ecommerce, CDP, CRM, middleware) Configure, test and validate integrations with Technology and external vendors Monitor integration health, data flows and error handling Escalate and coordinate resolution of system issues QA & Release Readiness Lead QA and UAT for Mar.

Tech-related releases and enhancements Validate data accuracy, tracking, customer journeys and ecommerce flows Own release readiness including configuration checks, documentation and sign-off Act as the final quality gate prior to production release Incident & Campaign Delivery Act as first responder for Mar. Tech and integration incidents Coordinate investigations with internal teams and partners Support campaign changeovers across website and Mar.

Tech-enabled channels Implement campaign builds from approved briefs, ensuring alignment to brand and commercial goals Process & Continuous Improvement Enforce intake, prioritisation and change processes Maintain delivery checklists, QA templates and documentation Identify opportunities to optimise integrations and workflows Facilitate user testing and feedback sessions to enhance website experience Work with vendors to ensure our platforms remain competitive and best in class What You’ll Bring 1–3 years’ experience in Mar.

Tech, ecommerce or digital operations 2+ years’ experience working with multi-branded websites Experience implementing technology changes involving integrations Hands-on campaign execution and platform changeover experience Strong attention to detail with a structured QA mindset Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g.

Shopify, Woo. Commerce) and CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g. Active. Campaign, Klaviyo, Insider or similar) Exposure to integrations, middleware or data flows (highly regarded) Experience supporting UAT or release cycles (desirable) UX/UI exposure or interest (highly regarded) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills A calm, organised and proactive approach — especially during campaign and release windows Why Join Medi Aesthetics?
