Membership Sales Consultant

Job Description: This sales position is for a competitive, target driven individual who is looking for new and exciting opportunities. You will be responsible for networking with potential members, identifying needs, and providing recommendations that help our members succeed. Successful candidates will be thoroughly knowledgeable about our club and offering and have excellent interpersonal skills.

A passion for Fitness and / or previous experience in the Leisure Industry is desirable. Previous pre-sale experience is an advantage, together with a determination to exceed targets and a genuine interest in inspiring others to improve their health & lifestyle. Essential: You are able to work in a high paced environment, multitasking across various platforms.

You are solution focused and take a hands on approach to understanding our business and people. You are self-driven, self-motivated, target driven and comfortable managing your own work flow to achieve results. You are approachable and have a warm, welcoming manner which allows you to build genuine relationships with potential members and manage their expectations effectively.

You are proactive, tenacious and committed to delivering the highest of standards consistently. You are exceptionally well organised and always maintain meticulous attention to detail. You are an exceptional communicator, a team player and will demonstrate a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals. Desirable: You have a passion for Fitness and previous relevent experience working in the Leisure Industry.

You have a proven record in new client acquisition / Business Development and Account Management.
