• June (200 Days Per Year); Hours 8:30a-4:30p Job Goal: To assist in a smooth and efficient operation of the school office.

Preferred Qualifications

? Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work effectively with students, families, and staff. ? Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing. ? Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student information. ? Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Attendance & Student Support ? Maintain accurate daily and period attendance records; prepare required attendance letters and update attendance tracking documents. Maintain bus and club attendance lists and assist with attendance corrections and follow-up. Provide front-office coverage during lunch, staff absences, and after 3:30 p.

m. Communication & Office Operations ? Maintain awareness of the school calendar, clubs, sports, events, and activities to provide accurate information. Answer and direct phone calls and assist with routine school communications. Perform general office duties including filing, copying, scanning, laminating, data entry, registrations, transfers, and document preparation.

Prepare and distribute student assessment results and other school materials. Assist with meeting setup, school displays, decorations, and monthly celebrations. Assist with all school-wide events, special projects, Washington, D.C. trip logistics, and 8th grade graduation. Perform other duties as assigned by the principal or designee.
