Social Media Director

We’re looking for a Social Media Director who can own, scale, and optimize our theme pages while driving visibility for our clients, events, and products. This is not a “post and chill” role. This is for someone who understands attention, growth, and execution at a high level. What You’ll Be Responsible For -Owning Our Theme Pages -Oversee 3–5 Instagram & Facebook theme pages -Manage the team posting daily content -Ensure consistency, quality, and growth across all accounts -Hold people accountable for execution Driving Performance -Track metrics across all pages (reach, engagement, conversions) -Deliver weekly performance reports to leadership -Identify what’s working and double down fast -Cut what’s not working without hesitation Promoting What Matters -Work closely with project managers to push: -Client offers -Events.
