Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the preventative maintenance and repairs of the community property they support. This position receives and responds to maintenance requests from residents and the Community Maintenance Manager. They are also tasked with performing pest control and inspections and preventative maintenance and repair in commercial, residential, and housing projects.

Additionally, they identify necessary maintenance to ensure the safety and appearance of the property and oversee the completion of repairs.
