Job description
The Coordinated Caregiving (CCG) Registered Nurse plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective administration, monitoring, and documentation of medications for individuals served in GT Independence’s North Carolina’s Coordinated Caregiving Program. In addition, the RN is responsible for the oversight, delegation, and training of specialized skilled cares, ensuring that all clinical supports are delivered in accordance with best practices, regulatory standards, and the unique needs of each individual served.
