Degree from an accredited school Occupational Therapy Assistant program Licenses/Certification: Current license for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in state of employment Must maintain current Provider BLS/CPR certification throughout employment Experience: Experience working in an acute care or hospital setting is often expected or preferred Safety Sensitive-Designated Position
