Primary Care Doctor

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient medical group in Broward County, Florida . The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to an all-ages patient population in a supportive, team-based environment. This is a full-time outpatient opportunity with a strong emphasis on continuity of care, patient education, and preventive medicine.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality primary and preventive care to adult and family populations Diagnose and manage chronic and acute medical conditions Conduct annual physicals, wellness visits, and follow-up appointments Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure coordinated patient care Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR system Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance-based care models Schedule Alternating schedule: 4 days one week, 6 days the next Every other weekend includes a 3-day weekend off Outpatient-only role with no hospital call responsibilities Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) strongly preferred Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach Commitment to high-quality, team-based care Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with productivity incentives Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and malpractice coverage Paid time off, CME allowance, and retirement plan options Alternating work schedule offering regular extended weekends Supportive practice culture with growth opportunities
