We are looking for a highly skilled Service. Now Senior developer to lead the Development, customization and enhancement of the Service. Now platform. The candidate should have deep technical expertise in at least these 2 Service. Now modules HRSD, WSD and CSM along with strong experience in scripting, integrations and performance optimization.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Service. Now applications and modules, including HRSD, WSD and CSM Create and manage workflow, business rules, Ui policies, client scripts, and custom applications. Configure forms, fields, notifications, and reports to meet business requirements. Build Integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and other tools.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Service. Now development, including workflows, business rules, UI scripts and custom applications Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS for front end development Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations. Familiarity with Service. Now including HRSD, WSD and CSM.

Basic understanding of ITIL processes and methodologies. Certifications: Service. Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) Service. Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) CIS- WSD / CIS- HRSD / CIS
