The Senior Referral Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing the referral process to ensure patients are promptly and appropriately staffed with aligned home health providers. This position acts as a central liaison among patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams, guaranteeing efficient referral processing in line with company policies, health plan requirements, and regulatory standards.

Additionally, the Senior Referral Coordinator offers mentorship to junior staff, assists with complex cases, supports managers, and drives process improvements to enhance service delivery.
