Job description
An IT support specialist's duties include providing technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software; installing and configuring new equipment and software; troubleshooting and resolving technical issues; and performing regular system maintenance, updates, and backups. They also serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries, help train employees, and manage user accounts and security.
