
Job description
You will be responsible for coordinating repair and maintenance activities of equipment, machinery or structures. You will ensure that all work is carried out to the required quality standards, while complying with safety regulations and applicable legislation. Ensures the operation of machines at the required capacity Involved in the preparation of the key performance indicator monitoring report for the maintenance department Analyzing the causes of defects and finding solutions to prevent future defects Ensures the execution of activities resulting from the factory's preventive maintenance plan Coordinates mechanical engineers Stock management and spare parts supply Assists in the verification of subcontractors.
Monitors subcontractors for compliance with the highest quality standards and timely completion of activities Analyzes the plant maintenance plan with relevant people and improves it (at least once a year) Creates or modifies work procedures taking into account feedback from maintenance technicians and engineers Develops technical solutions to maintenance issues to minimize the cost of a technical intervention Defines technical specifications and spare parts requirements Performs all relevant activities requested by the direct superior Ensures that all team members have the necessary tools and knowledge to solve and analyze problems Proposes courses and the acquisition of relevant equipment for the team and the plant Ensures that team technicians can temporarily fill the position of another technician if the need arises Analyzes the performance of team members and proposes solutions for improvement when needed.
This is who you are: Technical university education: electrics, electronics, electro mechanics, mechanics Minimum 3 year experience in a similar position Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including hydraulic, pneumatical and mechanical systems Ability to read and understand hydraulic and pneumatical drawings Advanced PC skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Integrity and responsibility, Strong prioritizing skills, Communication.
