Registration Technician

Responsible for recording accurate and pertinent demographic patient information via the Meditech system in a timely manner.# Maintains patient confidentiality.# Collects copayments and deductibles at the time of service.# Works closely with financial counseling to ensure appropriate financial arrangements and authorizations are obtained.

Obtains appropriate #reason for visit#/ICD-10 coding documentation from physician#s office of Advanced Beneficiary Notice signatures as prescribed by Medicare. High School Diploma or equivalent.# 10 key calculator and keyboarding skills required. One year experience in a business/medical office required.#
