Junior Real Estate Developer

A small, profitable real estate investment firm based in Zurich is looking for a motivated junior to strengthen its team. The company invests in commercial and residential properties, mainly in and around Zurich and selectively across the DACH region. From sourcing and evaluating new deals to developing and managing each property after acquisition, you will work closely with an experienced team in a fast-paced environment and gain deep insight into every stage of the real estate investment cycle.

Your tasks: Supporting acquisitions and sales of properties, from deal screening to closing Contributing to due diligence processes and the preparation of business plans for investment cases Assisting in project and investment management of ongoing properties, including construction and development topics such as building permits and new builds Coordinating with external partners such as property managers, brokers, architects and construction companies Taking on responsibility in a small team with short decision paths Requirements Studies in civil engineering, architecture, environmental engineering or a related field (from 5th semester); other backgrounds such as physics or mechanical engineering are welcome if you are keen to move into business Strong interest in real estate, construction and investments Structured, independent way of working and the ability to keep track in complex projects with many stakeholders Enjoy a fast pace and taking on responsibility Interest in a long-term commitment Good English skills, fluent in German is a strong advantage Experience in the DACH region is a plus Benefits Start: flexible, within the next 30 days Workload: 20–80%, flexible by arrangement Location: on site in Zurich Long-term perspective with the option of a permanent position Salary: CHF 30+/h
