Team Leader - Operations, Paper Mill

Alsip MiniMill, LLC is a division of Corrugated Supplies Company. AMM produces corrugated medium out of 100% recycled cardboard. We are searching for a Team Leader to join our organization. We are a family owned business with excellent benefits including company paid Medical, Dental, Life, Disability and tuition reimbursement for our employees and their college aged children.

Our Production Teams work on a DuPont 12 shift, a 28 day rotating 12 hour shift. During the 28 day rotation, employees work 14 shifts, 7 days and 7 night shifts. They also enjoy 7 consecutive days off every 28 days.
