Restaurant Server

Sail Loft is a welcoming, full-service restaurant dedicated to providing outstanding food, excellent service, and a memorable dining experience for every guest. We are seeking friendly, dependable, and energetic Servers to join our team.

Position Summary

As a Server, you will be responsible for creating a positive dining experience by greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, delivering meals accurately, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout each visit.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide attentive, professional service. Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations. Accurately take and enter customer orders into the POS system. Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure order accuracy. Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns in a courteous manner. Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and tables. Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to ensure smooth operations. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies.

Requirements

2 years of restaurant serving experience preferred; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.; Positive attitude and commitment to excellent guest service.; TIPS certified preferred; Prior knowledge of TOAST
