Description Hydromat rotary transfer machinist: Setup and operation.
Requirements
Setup and operation of Hydromat rotary transfer machine Monitoring cycle time to meet WSP standards Maintaining cleanliness of equipment, work area, and gage stations Reading blue prints for product specifications Inspecting finished products to ensure specifications and quality standards Positioning and securing tools in tool holders per tooling layout Ensuring machine performs to quality control plan & quality check sheets Maintaining accurate records of machine activities and production output Ensuring safety protocols and procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment Qualifications: Experience with Hydromat machines in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret documents regarding safety rules, machine instructions, procedure manuals, blueprints, and technical specifications Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form Ability to train inexperienced operators utilizing an on the job training method Ability to work with mathematical concepts to support the qualifications listed above Physical Demands Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, oil, machinery, etc.
Further Details Full time position with opportunity for overtime as needed.
