Job Description The most exciting and enticing Enablement Team in the world is hiring! We need a talented, highly motivated Sales Enablement Specialist to join our growing team in Costa Rica and become the go-to enablement partner for our Ground Floor Retail Sales Team.

This role is based in Costa Rica and works closely with Sales and Enablement leadership at the Snap Finance home office in Salt Lake City, Utah. As Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be the dedicated front line of support for our Ground Floor Retail sales agents and the merchants they serve. When a rep hits a roadblock, a merchant needs a resolution, or a performance gap starts to show, you will be the one who spots it, owns it, and closes it out.

You will build the assets, battlecards, and playbooks that put the right answer in a rep’s hands at the right moment, and you will use what you learn from every ticket and every conversation to make the whole team sharper. Your input, ideas, and creativity will be pivotal in helping us turn day-to-day sales friction into repeatable wins.

How you'll make an impact Serve as the dedicated enablement partner for an assigned segment of the Ground Floor Retail Sales Team Own ticket intake and triage: log, prioritize, route, and resolve enablement requests Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to resolve merchant issues and get merchants transacting Identify performance gaps in sales data and ticket trends, then deliver targeted enablement to close them Manage enablement tasks from intake to completion with strong follow-through Build and maintain sales assets, battlecards, one-pagers, and playbooks Report on ticket volume, resolution time, and enablement impact using Microsoft Excel and other platforms Develop your skills working with top-tier professionals in an outstanding cultural atmosphere Engage in your career path and have an active role in your professional future at Snap Finance What you'll need to succeed: 2+ years of experience in a Sales Enablement, Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Corporate Specialist role 1+ years of experience working in Sales or a People/Service-Related industry (such as retail or serving) A natural problem-solver who stays calm under a full queue and knows how to prioritize what matters most Clear, concise, engaging communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional fluency in English (Spanish a plus) Comfortable supporting a U.

S.-based sales team and aligning your schedule to U.S. business hours as needed Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, and Teams Unrelenting attention to detail with a passion for design Strong organizational and multitasking skills: proactive, positive, strong follow-through, and highly professional in all interactions Want to work for a fast-paced, growing, and changing organization poised to dominate its industry What would make you stand out: Bachelor’s Degree Experience with a ticketing or case management system (Salesforce Cases, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, Service.
