Human Resources

Manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment activities. Handle hiring for Sales, Marketing, Production, R&D and corporate functions. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Manage employee onboarding, documentation and induction. Handle attendance, leave management and HR records. Support employee engagement, retention and employee relations.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role. MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification. Experience in Biological / Bio-fertilizers / Bio pesticides / Bio stimulants / Agri-Input industry preferred. Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
