RAPIDS Verifying Official Ft Bragg ID Services

Site Security Manager Position Type: Full-Time Location: Fort Bragg, North Carolina Position Overview D2 Government Solutions is seeking RAPIDS Verifying Officials / ID Card Specialists to support DEERS/RAPIDS CAC and USID card services at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This position supports the verification and issuance of military identification cards for active-duty military, Reserve and National Guard members, retirees, family members, DoD civilians, and other eligible recipients.

Key Responsibilities

Perform DEERS/RAPIDS support services for CAC and USID card issuance. Research and review source documents to determine eligibility. Verify applicant identity, eligibility, and entitlements. Issue CAC and USID cards accurately and timely. Support required performance standards for ID card issuance and DEERS/RAPIDS updates.

Process PIN resets, system inputs, record updates, and related transactions. Protect PII and Privacy Act information at all times. Maintain professional customer service in a high-volume military support environment. Required Qualifications Ability to perform all duties and responsibilities of a RAPIDS Verifying Official.

Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive PII and Privacy Act information appropriately. Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English fluently. Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable NACI.
