• Oklahoma City, OK, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $18.00Hourly, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Manufacturing, JOB SUMMARY: Assists in day-to-day functions of the Weld Department including but not limited to sandblasting parts and components. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Operate the sandblast machine to clean parts and components
• Sandblast and clean various components while standing for long periods of time
• Read Engineering prints/drawings/documents
• Identify and verify parts and materials to work order
• Verify accuracy of paperwork as required
• Periodically inspect tools and equipment for accuracy/deficiencies
• Ensure job orders remain with parts at all times
• Observe and follow all safety practices dictated by company policy
• Work and assist in other departments as required and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Ability to read Engineering prints/drawings.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability to lift 51lbs or more on occasion with a lifting partner.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
