Valid Class A CDL Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) No serious DOT preventable accidents within the past 3 years Drug and alcohol free; must pass DOT drug screening Current DOT medical certificate Ability to meet all FMCSA qualification requirements Strong work ethic and commitment to safety Self-motivated with an owner-operator mindset Ability to effectively manage time, miles, and business responsibilities Professional attitude and excellent communication skills Stable work history preferred Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to comply with FMCSA regulations
