岗位职责 1. 负责光学冷加工部件、光学玻璃部件或组件的供应商开发与管理，制定并执行采购策略，保障供应链稳定高效运转； 2. 运用光学知识、加工技能和经验，协同技术团队明确器件规格，确保采购产品符合光学性能与质量标准； 3. 跟踪光学器件市场发展动态与技术趋势，挖掘优质供应商资源，持续优化供应商资源池，引入具备创新能力和成本优势的合作伙伴，提升供应链竞争力； 4. 负责光学器件商务谈判，控制采购成本，协同供应链管理团队维护与合作方的长期稳定关系，解决交付、质量等突发问题； 5. 负责制定和执行公司长期竞争力提升战略，结合市场趋势和公司发展需求制定年度议价计划，强化公司的议价能力； 6. 推动供应商绩效提升与流程优化，促进供应商在技术研发、工艺优化等方面的能力提升。 任职要求 1.

本科及以上学历，光学工程、物理光学、应用物理等相关专业。 2. 3 年以上光学器件 Sourcing 经验，熟悉光学冷加工工艺及行业标准。 3. 精通光学器件性能指标，具备供应商技术评估能力。 4. 以英文为工作语言，完成采购文档撰写、技术交流及跨国供应商谈判。 5. 具备优秀的商务谈判、成本分析能力，有供应链管理经验者优先。 6. 良好的跨部门协作与问题解决能力。 Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development and management of suppliers for optical precision-machined components, optical glass components, and optical assemblies. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure a stable, efficient, and resilient supply chain.
2. Leverage optical engineering knowledge, manufacturing expertise, and industry experience to collaborate with technical teams in defining component specifications, ensuring procured products meet required optical performance and quality standards.
3. Keep track of the development dynamics and technological trends of the optical device market, explore high-quality supplier resources, continuously optimize the supplier resource pool, introduce partners with innovative capabilities and cost advantages, and enhance the competitiveness of the supply chain.
4. Be responsible for the business negotiation of optical devices, cost control strategy, collaborate with the supply chain management team to maintain long-term cooperative relationships with key suppliers, and solve sudden problems such as delivery and quality.
5. Be responsible for formulating and implementing the company's long-term competitiveness improvement strategy, formulate the annual bargaining plan in combination with market trends and the company's development needs, and strengthen the company's bargaining power.
6. Promote the improvement of supplier performance and process optimization, and facilitate the enhancement of suppliers' capabilities in technical research and development, process optimization, etc. Job Requirements
7. A bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Optical Engineering, Physical Optics, Applied Physics and other related majors. 2. >3 years of Sourcing experience in optical devices, familiar with optical cold-processing processes and industry standards.
8. Proficient in the performance indicators of optical devices, and possess the ability to evaluate suppliers technically.
9. Use English as the working language to complete the writing of procurement documents, technical exchanges, and negotiations with multinational suppliers.
10. Have excellent business negotiation and cost analysis capabilities, and those with supply chain management experience will be given priority.
11. Have good cross-departmental collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
