Bartender

Description The Bartender is responsible for providing friendly, efficient beverage service in the hotel’s bar and lounge area at the Marriott Residence Inn at Patriot’s Point. This role focuses on creating a welcoming, relaxed environment for hotel guests while maintaining brand standards, responsible alcohol service, and excellent hospitality.

This is an opening-team opportunity ideal for bartenders who enjoy consistent service, guest interaction, and being part of a collaborative hotel team.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualifications Previous bartending experience required (hotel experience preferred) Knowledge of basic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong guest service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must meet all local and state requirements for alcohol service Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs Reliable attendance and professional appearance
