Benefits Manager

Position Summary

The Total Rewards Manager plays a critical role in supporting the daily execution of benefits, compensation, and Team Member functions across the resort. This position oversees benefits administration, compensation processes, compliance, workers compensation and wellness programs while ensuring alignment with Evermore’s culture and People First philosophy and operational excellence.

This role ensures mandatory audits, compliance, accuracy, are met and a seamless team member experience that ultimately supports our guest service delivery. Will report to the Director of People Operations on enforcing statutory requirements, operating policies, quality standards, people relations, data services, and technology systems administration.
