Job Details: Level: Entry, Job Location: Courtyard by Marriott

• Box Elder, SD, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $11.50 - $13.00, Job Shift: Day, Responsibilities Prepare alcohol, non-alcohol beverages, and Starbucks beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve meals and drinks Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare drinks Present menu Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar and Starbucks inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Qualifications: Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Computer literacy Knowledge of a second language is a plus Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Relevant training certificate Must be 21 years or older Benefits for full-time Associates: Health / dental / vision / life 401k plan with 3% match after one year of employment Company-wide discounts on hotel rooms and restaurants We offer daily pay to all Associates through Zay.
