Key Responsibilities

Perform general physical labor on construction and demolition job sites. Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris, rubble, and materials. Assist skilled trades and other team members as needed. Use hand and power tools appropriately and safely. Final clean-up of completed areas, including detailed cleaning of surfaces, windows, fixtures, and flooring.

Handle and store materials properly; pick up and secure tools and equipment daily. Follow all job site safety procedures and report any hazards or violations immediately. Maintain a clean and safe worksite through attention to detail and constant awareness of surroundings.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. No experience required — we are willing to train candidates who are coachable and eager to learn. Prior experience in construction, demolition, or job site cleaning is a plus. Must be able to: Lift 50–70+ lbs. Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Work in, on, around, and under equipment and structures. Climb ladders, work on lifts, and use scaffolding. Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Job Sites are located throughout New England , so all applicants must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel as needed. Must be punctual, responsible, and work well with others.
