Reliability Engineer

2. If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply. Job Description: Role Summary We are looking for a Reliability & FA Engineer to drive product reliability improvement through data-driven analysis, reliability qualification, and cross-functional corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute reliability qualification (e.g., MSL, TC, BHAST, RFHTOL etc) and interpret results to identify risk.
• Perform failure analysis (FA) and root cause investigations; drive containment and corrective/preventive actions with cross-functional teams.
• Develop reliability models (e.g., field return analysis, reliability growth) and track improvement over time.
• Define reliability requirements, test plans, sampling, and acceptance criteria for new products and changes.
• Partner with manufacturing/suppliers to improve process capability and reduce reliability escapes.
• Document findings and communicate reliability status to stakeholders. Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Experience in reliability engineering, product qualification, or failure analysis.
• Hands-on understanding of reliability test methods, statistics, and structured problem solving.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with semiconductor(FEM), networking, or high-volume electronics products.
• Familiarity with various Rel test equipment and failure analysis tools.
