Host Lisbon

As a Hostess/Host, you will be an ambassador of the Brand , ensuring that every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will welcome our clients in a smiley and warm manner and make sure you provide them with the help they need : provide beverage service to customers in the waiting line and in the shop, create a first contact with them and e ncourage small talks to discover their needs , guide them through the products catalog while waiting to be attended by a Client Advisor.

You will support the store team with various tasks in store depending on the traffic. This is an opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment, seeking to discover the luxury Retail environment with an international clientele & the Louis Vuitton culture DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES Experience working in customer service, hospitality, catering or retail environment dealing with a diverse clientele.

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges efficiently.
