Dynamics 365 CE Lead Software Engineer with Copilot

Successful candidates will collaborate with international teams to deliver essential business solutions for enterprise clients, while supporting organizations in their AI adoption and digital transformation journeys.

Responsibilities

Oversee development workflows for Dynamics 365 CE solutions Guide technical design choices and implementation strategies Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to engineers Architect integrations, APIs, plugins, and Azure-based extensions Develop AI-enabled solutions leveraging Copilot Studio and custom agents Set up engineering best practices and quality benchmarks Partner with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants Assist with technical estimations and solution planning Requirements Minimum 5 years engineering experience with Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform Strong proficiency in C#/.

NET Competency in JavaScript/TypeScript for Model-Driven Apps Hands-on experience with Dataverse, plugins, integrations, and Azure Functions Proven ability in technical leadership and mentoring Familiarity with Agile engineering methodologies English proficiency at B2+ level Solid grasp of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio Capability to spot AI-driven business opportunities Understanding of prompt engineering fundamentals Awareness of Responsible AI guidelines Background using AI-powered productivity or development tools Experience building, configuring, or developing AI agents is advantageous Nice to have Familiarity with Power BI Exposure to Dynamics 365 ERP Sector experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or manufacturing
