Hotel General Manager – Full-Service Hotel, Conference Center & Water Park

The Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager who has successfully led a full-service hotel, conference hotel, resort, or similarly complex property and is ready to take ownership of a high-visibility independent asset. You will provide visible, hands-on leadership across the full property while developing a strong department-head team and maintaining a culture of genuine and caring service.

You'll be responsible for total property performance, including hotel operations, guest experience, conference and event execution, food and beverage, waterpark operations, seasonal attractions, team leadership, sales growth, financial results, asset care, and community presence. Base salary range is $130,000 to $185,000 + annual incentive opportunity.
