Community Support Worker: Community Support for Families - 7129

OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: To provide case management services to families with reports of abuse/neglect, coordinate child and family teaming activities, offer an array of services/supports to enhance protective factors, assess the strengths and needs of the family and collaborate with the Parent Navigators to ensure families are connected to resources, services and supports in the community.
