Facilities Manager

Summary The Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall operation, appearance, functionality, service delivery, workplace experience, and management of four Kearney-based facilities. This position has primary responsibility for facility operations at all four locations, including work orders, vendors, workplace services, occupancy planning, office projects, and building-system related repairs.

This position negotiates third-party vendor contracts, oversees specialty service providers such as lawn care, snow removal, and building repair contractors, and will oversee all repair and/or installation activities across all four locations. The Facilities Manager will ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and complete reporting and budgeting.
