Senior Facilities Officer

In this position you will.... The Senior Facilities Officer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of workplace and facilities services to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality office environment. The role manages service providers, workplace operations, facilities maintenance, pantry services, and minor projects while ensuring compliance with company standards and statutory requirements.

Vendor and contractor management experience. Excellent organisational and project coordination skills. Strong customer service and stakeholder management capabilities. Financial administration and budget management experience. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. You will require the following qualifications and skills Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related discipline. 5+ years' experience in facilities management, workplace services, office operations, or corporate real estate support.

Experience managing vendors, contractors, and workplace projects. Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and facilities best practices. Experience within a multinational corporate environment is highly desirable.
