Work From Home Sales Associate

If you've worked in customer service, a call center or retail, you already know how to listen, solve problems and keep a conversation friendly. This role adds one thing: you're paid for the outcomes you help people reach. Every conversation is with someone who has asked about life insurance. You help them understand their options and apply.

No sales or insurance background is needed. We train you and help you get licensed. This is a remote role for people who live in Massachusetts. You'll work from home and meet clients by phone and video. Licensing You'll need a Massachusetts resident life and health insurance license before you can work with clients. You don't need it to apply.

We'll guide you through the pre-licensing course and the state exam.

What You'll Do

Connect with people who have requested information about coverage. No cold calling Understand their needs and present life insurance options that fit Guide them through the application process Follow up and stay in touch with your clients Use the CRM we provide to track your activity and manage your week What We Provide Structured onboarding and training Help getting your Massachusetts license CRM and client management tools Ongoing coaching and development Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor role, paid 100% on commission from completed sales.

There is no base salary. The pay range is $75,000 to $120,000 a year, all commission. Earnings depend on your activity, consistency and results, and are not guaranteed.

Live in Massachusetts Authorized to work in the U.S. Clear communication and a willingness to learn Able to stay organized and manage your daily activity Comfortable working independently, with support Willing to get a Massachusetts life and health insurance license (we'll help) Additional Information There are no fees charged by the company for training or onboarding.

State licensing costs, where they apply, are paid directly to the state licensing authority.
