The Role As our Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in delivering the premium experience our dealership is known for.

You'll be responsible for: Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs. Keeping customers informed throughout the day. Liaising with technicians and the workshop team. Preparing estimates and explaining completed work. Managing invoices and delivering excellent customer service from start to finish.

Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade. Excellent customer service and communication skills. A professional, organised and positive attitude.
