Assistant Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Service. Now Senior developer to lead the Development, customization and enhancement of the Service. Now platform. The candidate should be having deep technical expertise in Service. Now modules HRSD, WSD and CSM along with strong experience in scripting, integrations and performance optimization.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement custom solutions and applications on the Service. Now platform.
• Create and modify workflows, business rules, UI policies and client scripts to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain integration with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Customize Service. Now modules, including HRSD, WSD and CSM to optimize workflows and improve user experience. Certifications: Service. Now Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS- CSM, CIS-HRSD, CIS-WSD and CAD.
