Nurse Recruiter

Position Summary

Responsible for recruiting qualified nurses, respiratory therapist, and support staff.# Assists with the development of hospital programs and services that support nurse recruitment.# Work involves planning, coordination, market research, and implementation of nurse recruitment activities.# Education and Certification:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required upon hire
2. Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Texas required
3. Bachelor#s degree in nursing preferred. Training and Experience: Nursing experience in a healthcare setting. Recruiting experience preferred. Job Knowledge: Working knowledge of recruiting methods include locating pools of#qualified applicants and direct recruiting. Working knowledge of Hospital policy and procedures.# Excellent verbal and written communications.# Must be professional and enthusiastic.# Must have excellent interviewing skills. Unusual Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Ability to perform:
