Therapeutic Associates Northeast Portland Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our innovative outpatient team. At least one member of the team is ASTYM-certified, and the clinic has a track record of supporting clinicians through Therapeutic Associates' Residency program for those looking to formalize their development. Patient Population The caseload is broad general orthopedics, with a significant spine component alongside a wide range of extremity diagnoses. How You Will Make an Impact Deliver exceptional, evidence-based care that helps patients achieve their functional goals. Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and injury prevention. Manage a diverse caseload while maintaining high standards of clinical quality and patient experience.
Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners to provide coordinated patient care. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. Support Therapeutic Associates' mission, values, and commitment to continuous learning and professional development. What You Bring Current Physical Therapist license, or anticipated completion of DPT program requirements and licensing examinations within six months.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Desire to continuously learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Compensation
Base compensation starts at $80,000 to $95,000+ , with a total compensation package of $91,000 to 106,000+ depending on experience and fit. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses may be available. Therapeutic Associates Inc.
