Lead - Land & Liasoning

This role play a key role in coordinating land acquisition, obtaining necessary permits, and ensuring compliance with all relevant authorities. •Lead and manage the land acquisition process for power projects. •Provide expert advice and guidance on land acquisition strategies and legal compliance.• •Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient land acquisition.

•Manage relationships with landowners, government authorities, and other stakeholders. •Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to land acquisition. •Prepare and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts related to land acquisition. •Resolve any issues or disputes related to land acquisition.

•Maintain accurate records and documentation of all land acquisition activities Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
