Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established nursing standards
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital policies and regulations
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients and staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development Skills and Qualifications:
• Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or outpatient facility
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical documentation standards
