Pharmacist - Oncology/Infusion
Job description
This position is a member of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assuring safe, efficient, cost-effective drug therapy for all patients. The pharmacist is responsible for providing clinical drug information to meet the needs of the customers, including physicians, nurses, patients and other healthcare professionals.

Required Qualifications: A graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License Preferred Qualifications: Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) --or-- PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency --or-- 2 years of Pharmacist experience in an Outpatient Oncology Infusion Center Why Join Providence Swedish?
