Home Health RN Responsibilities**

• Provide skilled nursing care in patient homes**, including assessments, wound care, medication management, and treatments

Qualifications – Home Health RN Jobs**

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license** (required)
• Minimum 1 year RN experience** (home health experience preferred)
• Experience in rehab, geriatric care, or community health** is a plus
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout Orange County

Preferred Qualifications**
